Couldn't be happier. Amazing service by the gentleman with brown hair and glasses. The nearest post office to me had an issue so I drove 40 mins to this one and the man was fantastically helpful and did what I needed quick and efficiently and absolutely saved the day! Thank you so much!

I think Im being generous given it 2 stars considering my latest experience. I recently found a postmans ID badge so trying to be a Good Samaritan I took it to the post office to hand it in. The lady behind the counter said that I need to take it to the depot round the corner with a sharp unfriendly voice. but before I had the chance she took it from me anyway with no thank you or any response at all.

This is my nearest post office but my god are the staff rude and unhelpful. Had one visit where the label was apparently "too small so I'm refusing to accept that" and then just shouted "next please" for the next customer. Some old lady jobsworth behind the desk ... Put it in the post box instead and it went off fine. Honestly, they just find something to complain about with everything. Last complaint I heard some bald man behind the desk say to someone was "the weight is off by X amount" ... I can't remember exactly but it was such a small difference (literally the weight off a 50p) that I rolled my eyes listening in the background. Go elsewhere where they actually have a decent set of staff.
