Ricky put himself across as the project manager for my kitchen renovation. He charged 5k for the job. After paying himself 2500 for 3 days plastering and architraving he allocated the remaining 2500 for the other trades meaning that for wall tiling, floor tiling 45m2 and kitchen fitting he left a negligable amount to pay the 3 other guys involved of the 3 weeks remaining work. After receiving his money he cut and ran and offered no more input to the project. Although Ricky and his two mates have done a good job of the plastering, he jeopardized the rest of the work being completed as the work was rushed due to limited funding.
