This pharmacy is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Prescriptions are either not ready on time or part ready. My latest dealing with them involved my doctor prescribing on Tuesday, I went for it on Wednesday and was told in an abrupt manner that they dont stock that and it will be in tomorrow I had to go to hospital on Thursday so went for it Friday. After a wait was told it hadnt arrived. They either order and dont check what they receive or they forget to order. I asked for prescription back, went to Tesco and got it immediately. This pharmacy should be ashamed of the way they treat people who are relying on their medicine being dispensed in a reliable and efficient manner.

I went for my prescription and was told I had to wait for 7 days..? That's not possible I told her because I'm TYPE 1 DIA-BETTIC. The lady made a moaning sound and said that I had better sit and wait while they could see what they could sort out. But five minutes later they had all of my medications. So what she meant when she told me I had to wait 7 days was SHE COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO SORT THROUGH THE MEDICATION BOXS TO GET MY MEDICATION..! WOW unbelievable that the lady was going to make me wait 7 days for my medication when I would of ended up in hospital really sick. Absolutely terrible service in this place.

I have been told that the protracted 7 days to make up a prescription was a management decision, or is it the CEOs decision to put pressure on the Government for more money. Perhaps it's part of an NHS hammering by unions and management. Our local Lloyds was already one of the most inefficient pharmacies I've ever used, strange management decisions are no help to the sick.

If a perscription is ready it's a miracle. A computer crash was the excuse that the perscription passed from llyods online to them which could not be found. It is not up to the Surgery to reissue but for LLoyds to get their act together. No wonder people are going to Boots or Tesco
