Took our dog snoopy the springer spaniel in today for some tlc and they have done such a fab job on the cut on him. He smells lovely and he seems over the moon :) customers service was great. Easy booking. Nice and easy drop.off and collect and on time..

Great place to take your dog for a spruce up. Staff are very friendly and helpful always. Remember though as this is very busy to book in advance. 1st class service never disappointed.

I booked online for my dog to have nail clipping, paw balm and a brush, online this stated the brush was free, so my total was 11. When I came to pay, it was 22.50. When I text the owner to query this, she states this is due to the fact it depends on size of the dog and that online it states a from price, the website did not have a from price at all. The owner also informed me the day before that my dog was booked in with her, she then has someone else carry out the groom. I also told the staff my dog needs to be muzzled and they completely ignored this. They also gave my dog treats, WITHOUT my permission, without checking if she is allergic to anything, my dog had an upset tummy that evening and the next morning. The service I received when I walked in was also appalling, being told to wait in the car is the best option. Way over priced, website has false advertising, attitude of staff was disgusting. I will never recommend this company and this will be taken further. 100% the worst dog grooming company EVER.
