Always first class service, super friendly and professional with it. Having successfully bought varifocals earlier this year, I recently went back for varifocal sunglasses. Honest, straight forward advice and they arrived in half the time quoted. My husband was delighted when he was offered custard cream biscuits too! My Mum has a similar experience at a different branch. These guys have it sussed...I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, ease of appointment booking and thorough examination, including hearing test. Great help in picking new glasses and recommendations for suitable lenses. Advised glasses would take 10-14 days but they were available within 7. Would fully recommend 5

Made an appointment just over a week ago to have an assessment to see if coloured or tinted lenses would help with preventing migraines and sensory overload, triggered by fluorescent lights and computer screens where I work. The result was tinted lenses which took less than a week to arrive. They are already making a difference. I always find the advice and service first class. Particularly from Julie who is so kind and calm, and you never feel rushed, which for me as I have ASD and anxiety makes a massive difference. Thankyou.
