        Awful shop with an arrogant assistant trying to con my father into buying an item that probably wouldn't fit. Obviously thought we were stupid. Nasty piece of work trying to rip off an oap.

        I emailed them some photos of a seal I needed for my toilet. They advised the seal was obsolete. Fortunately my neighbour had a whole new unit going spare. Either way they took the time to help me with my enquiry. I will certainly use them again.
