        The care and love they have shown my nan other the years is incredible, they have an amazing team, I'm constantly updated, I know my nan is safe, and looked after. I couldn't ask for a better home. Thank you all so much, your doing the job so many people can't do. Thank you.

        Mr Dorrington should know that the major problem in his care homes is the staff that neglect the residents. Dont even bother using the proper equipment required, preferring grabbing the residents under the arms and drag them to the sofas or beds. Some of them dont even use gloves when dealing with the elderly to do personal care or when gloves or aprons are used, the staff dont even bother change them between residents. Soiled Pads and clothes regularly left on the floor inside the residents rooms, sometimes for hours. About 20 staff sick in the last outbreak and almost all residents contracted Covid.
