        So so so Customer-Centric. Great Interpersonal Skills, allied to Technical Skills and the ability to explain to a techno idiot like some quite challenging concepts. Subject Experts have a tendency to love the sound of their own voice , spouting knowledge. Listening skills are not in their make up.These boys really listened. Such a wonderful relief !! Cant recommend themenough.
