We were both apprehensive about the course and i was sceptical having had kids before and such thing wasnt around then! Jen made it all understandable, fun and informative, my fiancee felt at easy and planned things easier. The hypnosis was brilliant, so much so i fell asleep and was banned from further ones Must have been Jens voice being so relaxing! I cant thank Jen enough, really helped during our short labour. The pregnancy yoga sessions with Jen were very welcoming, calming and worth every penny. With Jens help I was able to learn how to relax, stretch, embrace my pregnancy and learn the various ways to have a perfect birthing experience. I am so pleased I did these session and would definitely do it again if another baby were to come along. Thank you Jen, for teaching me pregnancy yoga and touching upon hypnobirthing, the relaxing techniques you provided me with enable me and my husband to have a lovely calm pregnancy and birth experience.
