Ordered cloakroom furniture from Easy bathrooms as used numerous times before.
This time feel truly let down due to plinth arriving in 2 pieces instead of one whole length, trims were missing off delivery on Monday which was reported on the day of delivery and was informed they would be delivered Thursday the same week.
Trims didnt arrive again but in the mean time customer wish to change the basin and Easy Bathrooms charged 60 for delivery when they were already meant to delivering that day with the missing trims. Reported the trims didnt arrive again and was informed they would arrive Tuesday, now been told they wont come out until Wednesday as lorry isnt delivering in this area.
