        Lovely people - always patient and helpful whether it be in store or on the phone. I had to mail order this time as just couldn't get to the shop and it's no problem returning items that don't fit.

        Very rude and condescending manager. Had a horrible shopping experience and the manager definitely needs to learn some manners and learn how to speak politely to customers.
