I have bought a few bits and pieces over the last couple of years from here. My grumble is I go to a professional shop in the hope I will be buying the equipment that will suit my needs. Sadly, after using my purchases for a little a while I find that they do not suit my needs. I went into another computer shop in Norwich and the experience could not have been different. Attentive, asking me all about how I will be using (in this case a monitor to replace the one bought from ACS) the product and what my expectations were. As the sole computer specialist in Dereham (that I know of) it is a great shame to write a negative review. I wish them all the best, but after multiple chances I wont be coming back.

I can't thank these guys enough they have helped me so much especially CTV they pretty much saved my life with there fantastic knowledge after my camera details were stolen. They have put up with all my stressed out emotional outbursts. I can't thank the team enough for helping me feel safe and putting up with me. I recommend them highly. I really can't thank them enough for keeping me feeling safe

I had a failed keyboard replaced remarkably quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the cost and the service and communications were faultless too. I am not pleased, very pleased or delighted but "Surprised and delighted" 100% recommendation. Many many thanks.
