        The pharmacy staff need re training on customer privivey rights ive been comeing here for years to collect my meds,im on quite a few to improve my well being,every time i come in to collect my electronic perscrpition,the staff are repetedly talking about mine and outher people medications and oppening outhers and my bags containing mine and outhers meds and pulling them out the bags infrount of outher members of the public for all to see they ask you for your address infrount of outhers instead of asking for proof of ID They constanlty walk away from you befor you have a chance to discuss what brandrd meds you need they are rude,have no idear how to respect anyones persnal information verbly privite they are a dam discrace i have chosen a much better pharmacy who do NOT ask for your address Who do NOT shout out what meds people are takeing Who are verry respectible and well trained on peoples privite information

        My partner ran out of her medication and therefore 111 NHS sent a referral to Tesco pharmacy so she could get through until her prescription was ready at our pharmacy. The pharmacy at Tesco refused and sent the referral back to the NHS, even though he had them in stock. Shocking service and I will be questioning them when I go to the store.
