Prestige Recruitment - Absolutely shocking. Literally no other words describe this place. 'Manager' Michelle (clearly highly trained in customer relations) swore and was very rude on the phone when being asked why I still hadn't been paid after 3 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. First and certainly last job i'd ever do for them, as the entire role - start and finish time and job description were false from the start, which is why they couldn't get anyone to do it. Seems like a few old estate agents have all clubbed together and started a business. When I arrived at the agency they actually told me that the company I would be working for had stopped using them and they couldn't figure out why!? The job they sent me to actually warned me of this agency and said that they were useless from the start so I probably should have taken that on board. Shocking - Useless - unprofessional, Stay clear

Awful company to work for (Dereham branch, Michelle Downs is completely useless) they don't value you, you're just a number to them. If your face "doesn't fit" so to speak believe me they'll soon replace you with no real explanation. Conditions are terrible and the pay is just dreadful. I've worked for a few agencies in my time and these are by far the worst. Anyone reading this I would strongly advise not to work for these two faced people, avoid.
