Avoid, The promotion codes do not work!! Poor customer service, I tried to purchase the promotion of free Pic n Mix if you purchase certain items; the code did not work when I got to the checkout even though I purchased the specific item required. I ordered the sweets totaling 50 anyway believing that they would have reasonable customer service and could add at a later date. I emailed and received appalling customer service where they refused to add the pic n mix, and refused a refund. The manager had an extremely inflexible attitude, which was ironic as he was from the customer care department. I will not be purchasing from Sweetzy again.

Ordered an Easter Box but all I received was 1 bag of sweets. Emailed customer service who said they would send out the correct order. Still not arrived over a week later and now too late for Easter. Have sent 3 emails and not had a response.

Appalling customer service - placed an order and paid for delivery and still no delivery eight days later. Emailed customer services; messaged on instagram and left a trustpilot review and still no response?! Supporting a local company from me (10minutes down the road) and this is how I am treated as a customer.

Not very helpful as to getting in contact with them after several emails and messages on posts even after waiting the 24hour wait still no replies. How can a company have no phone number to call them on, i shall not be replacing any further orders i will go to a company who answers emails or comments back in my messages. My order had the wrong address on and cause i cant call to change it wont go to my address its disgusting and darn right stupid to not have a phone number to be able to speak there and then to a person. PLEASE ADD A PHONE NUMBER TO UR CONTACT DETAILS FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL YOU!!
