Great company to deal good Office staff just a shame online facilities are not in the same building you've implemented some silly things if your local used to be able to pop in order the part and pay now you have to wait at least 40 minutes on the phone place the order then then you wait for someone to email you back so you can pay for the parts and go and pick it up you used pop in before order the parts need pay and go not now if you turn up they is no facility to pay for the part like they used to be terrible experience today wasted nearly 1 hours come on get it sorted out put a card machine back in the place keep it local and look after your local customers feel sorry for the staff in the office lcan't even help you you have to wait for the accounts department or someone from another department not even in the same building and not in Southport
