All these years on, I can't believe this place is still taking people's money. I was screamed at down the phone by the manager/owner during the long fight to get MY money back. This seems to be how they are making money, allowing people to pay for a room then refusing to refund them when they either can't access the room or see the state of it and refuse to stay. I am still fighting to get my money back. I wasn't given an access code and there are no staff to help but on seeing another person's room and hearing horror stories from other people I am glad I never stayed. These rooms are unsafe and should be closed down.
