I visited here a little under 4 weeks ago. Mel cut my hair. She was running 15 minutes late and was slightly hyper and distracted. The experience was not a pleasant one, definitely not a relaxing and pamper session. The hair cut is the worst I have ever had, see picture. When she came to show me the back her mirror was flying everywhere. I am assuming this was an attempt to hide her negligence. However when I pointed out the difference, I foolishly believed her when she said it was due to the different colour underneath. Clearly this was not true, it was an exceptionally bad cut. I also mentioned it was quite a bit shorter than the picture I showed her, the response was "it'll grow"! I hadn't posted this review earlier as I had hoped leaving it a few weeks would disguise the poor workmanship, unfortunately it has accentuated the problem. I wish I hadn't believed her, I wouldn't have paid her and stupidly left a tip. An absolute sham!
