First off id like to say this review purely relates to my experience, which may differ in your own of course. Id also like to say this review is about Diamond Hunt and not about any other room (Both Edgar and Magnesis are great)
I would start off with the good but frankly i cant think of a positive. The rooms theming was minimal (which is fair enough) and so was the story.
The bad. At the beginning we were told not to move heavy furniture. We then found out we were expected to deconstruct a desk, tip over a heavy chair and basically destroy the room. We were also told if anything breaks we must cover the cost. This caused us to be stuck on just opening a briefcase for a solid ten minutes because it was cheap plastic and to unlock it we had to snap the locks down (which of course we did not assume as something we needed to do). The puzzle themselves had no clues/connectors to push you in a direction except for one. We were told that it was a one item one key policy but then within the room we had to use a key twice. All of this heavily affected our game run and soured our taste on Puzzlescape.
From my personal experiences with escape rooms (having done all that escape hunt and cryptic escape have to offer) id recommend attending those venues instead
