Theatre Royal Surgery

These guys bungle everything they touch. Getting one prescription filled involved the following; losing the private referral letter twice, then not marking the case as urgent despite being asked three separate times, both by phone and email. Then, sending the prescription to a different pharmacy despite Theatre Royal being my nominated pharmacy, AND despite this medicine being a controlled substance that the other pharmacy could not dispense. And then, finally, they got the number of pills wrong. I take three a day. They gave me thirty. They say I can't refill this prescription for a month. I'm not a doctor or a technician, but I am capable of basic math. Thanks for the ten days' worth of pills. I'm sure my body will just deal with the other twenty.

Some of them are rude very rude and Dr Vincent well there is no polite word for him and even if you start to call at half 8am your in qu and can't get appointment anyway worse doctors I have now filled forms to go bk to orchard

The staff are responsive, helpful, efficient, friendly, calming and have either directly successfully treated me or found specialists to help. Like many health services they are always busy but when the chips are down they have always been there for me.
