Bloody awful service can never get hold of anyone and no one answers emails! Total Waste of space!

bunch of jokers, staff including managers are unprofessional, don't do their job properly, victimizes people instead of supporting them. Doesn't put child interest or views first. They should be protecting the children who are being abused, constantly not attacking the ones who ask for support. they break families up, and cause stress for the families. they are happy to rip families apart, but cant put themselves in other people shoes. and see it if it happened to them.

Norfolk children services are taking away toi many children from good PARENTS in Norfolk and use lies in contact notes and statements etc and use against parents..!!..My children Amy and Daniel were taken away illegally from me nearly 3 years ago by Norfolk children services and Norfolk police with sheringham primary school just to get my abuser ex boyfriend into court who I'm never married or lived with or not had any children with..Norfolk children services support his C2 and C100 applications in court for custody of my daughter only on Jan 19th 2017 where he was in court behind my back ready to get custody of my child..She was 8 and he was 63 year old !!!.Alex lloyd and Tina Boyd came to my house 19th Jan stated they going into court that day and I was not allowed to be there yet my ex boyfriend was !!! Whom had no legal rights whatsoever to be there !!!.Custody case of my daughter going on behind my back !!! My case is one of the worst cases in the country and we need justice as they also stopped all contact with my children as well !! Please share this and expose Norfolk children services as not fit for purpose and corrupt !!!!

Absolute pisstake. The social workers have no clue what they're job is and the managers have a lot of spite towards the children in care as I am one myself. I got moved from placement to placement until I moved in with my previous foster carer and she made me feel like I actually fit in the family, she is very strong minded and will go against the people she works for so the child within her care can have the rights they deserve. For years I was abused and bullied by a social worker here and I was scared of her. She lied to me, she made fun of me, she did exactly the opposite to what I asked of her and it felt like she was playing some sick game. She used to harass my biological mum and my fought back harder and she became spiteful and stopped contact between me and my mum even though she did it unlawfully. So my mother filed a complaint. Somehow this woman got promoted to Team Manager so I received a new social worker who was from the same team and she was brilliant (a little disorganized but great) she would go against her team manager to prove that the points I was raising on what I need help with. I then made a formal complaint about the previous social worker that abused me and a week later the foster committy called my carer to arrange a day to talk about the placement and her fostering and they never came out to see her. The Christmas holiday comes up and a week before christmas social services spoke to another foster carer and said they would pay her to keep a placement free for the new year without anyone's acknowledgement. My carer had no idea, my parents had no idea, my social worker "claims" she didn't know and my INDEPENDANT Reveiwing Officer (independent in caps to remind them that they don't work for social services) had no idea and there was no LAC reveiw beforehand to say the in was at risk of any harm there, (which is the statutory process). Bare in mind they put me in this placement aware of all the "risks" and left me there for 2 years but didn't think to say a word until I stand up for myself. The Christmas holidays go by and the second the holidays was over on the monday they turn up at my carers door with a letter saying that they were gonna move me that day with my consent. Well for a bloody start why would I give my consent to do something I don't want to do. So later on that day two social workers turn up at the door, my nice new one and the one that had abused me. Trying to force me to move. I refused so they said they would take it to court later that week and sure as hell they did. I forgot to mention that I had a foster brother there who was an adult now and there were false allegations about him in the letter saying I couldn't stay there were things to do with my carer which nobody can recall and things that happened before I went to the placement . Well I went into court and got completely screwed over by my barrister and the judge where they didn't want to hear my evidence they didn't want to hear a peep out of me. But sure as hell we lost the case and that I would have to move placement whilst my foster carer went under investigation and when it's over I get to go back. He also said that I can continue to have contact with my foster family. I was crying, I was broken but nobody cared. But again social services pull another unlawful stunt and forcefully stop me from seeing my foster brother for 2 years threataning him with prison (like what is up with that) they have given no reasons to what he's done wrong. However they aren't planning to investigate him so he can prove them wrong because they know they are wrong. And I've been asking to see my carer for a month now and nothings been done. So they have ignored what the judge said and gone on their own illegal stride.....ONCE AGAIN! I'm only 16 and 17 later in the year but I've never been so depressed and angry and alone in my life because of this specific children services. So moral of the story is they have practically gotten away with murder and caused more emotional destruction to my life then anyone. I need help not abuse.
