Ordered a vegetable curry and asked for it to be made very hot and spicy, but it tasted like gravy and was very bland and mild. I phoned up to try and resolve this, but the staff member said repeatedly sorry but they couldn't do anything about it, and when I next order they will make sure it was hot. I made it perfectly clear that it was really not right, and that I had eaten practically none of it, but they insisted there was nothing they could do. The customer service (and food) leaves much to be desired. They could easily have resolved this - I even offered to bring the food back for a refund or replacement but this was refused. Plus they are very expensive in comparison to the other Chinese takeaways in Dereham. I won't be ordering from this Chinese anymore - take your custom elsewhere. Definitely not how it used to be.

Mostly ok, sweet and sour chicken really good. rice tasted burnt. Not the best but not the worst.
