World of Beds

It all started so well. The exec that served us seemed very knowledgable, we explained what we wanted and the exec recommend a mattress that he thought would suit our needs. As we were buying in-store there were no trial periods or returns policy, but as Im buying local I guess theres a trust element involved, 8 months later the mattress we spent a lot of money on has done everything we requested it not do. I now have back and hip issues and cant sleep on it. Now were having to change the mattress having been totally miss sold this not fit for purpose product. In hindsight the alarm bells should have rang when I saw their no returns or trial period policy.

Great service, very helpful and knowledgeable in store. I dont like shopping so for it to be an easy experience, was a bonus. Delivery was quicker than expected, phoned as they said they would regarding receipt and delivery. Very pleased with the mattress so far. Thank you World of Beds! No stress purchase, good quality product, good service, son gets a good night sleep, hence 5 star rating all round.

Good place to view beds. However we found the same frame with a different name for 200 less in dunelm.
