Mel is always very responsive when I message, gives great detail and information. She is always polite and very welcoming when you arrival, she talks to you and keeps you company whilst you have your procedure, it's like being there with a friend. I initially attended to have profhilo, which I was very pleased with, and I returned when my botox was due for renewal, both these treatments I have had elsewhere and was looking for an experienced Doctor to replace the one i had originally. I would highly recommended them to everybody!

Very professional Michael talks through everything and makes you feel at ease and makes you come out feeling fabulous. Mel is second to none such a friendly welcoming knowledgeable woman. A pleasure seeing them.

Mel and Mike were so welcoming and helpful and answered any questions I had regarding my 0.5ml lip filler. Mike understood my wants and needs from the filler, asking questions regarding shape and size before anything begun. I am so pleased with my results and I feel confident with my new lips. Thank you!
