Each time the branch has been shut, eg. different closing times than advertised, unavoidable closure and this time a member of staff has covid so they closed the branch.
Its not easy for us working folk to access the bank in your limited opening hours, i have wasted 3 x 1 hour round journeys. Have now gone to Nationwide and opened one there. Far more helpful.
