Well, let's put it this way. I used to drive 100 from London to use this branch and still would if my parents still in Norfolk. The difference between this branch and Crouch End in North London could not be so different. Maybe it's a Norfolk thing where the customer is still a customer. I often walked into that bank after working all night at my nightclub and bung a bag or paying in book that was often wrong and they never ever argued about sorting out. I even overpaid some money in and that was picked up by a phone call from the Branch Manager who knew most customers and came out to see you or ask if you needed a private room. If you are reading this read the review about the Crouch End branch, you'll get the idea!
