        I have been using EAA services for a number of years without issue. This year I paid 160 to EAA for the return to be filed. I was told there was nothing owed to HMRC. I am now told my return was never filed, there was a sum owed, and to date i have 1200 in penalty fines. Radio silence from EAA when I have contacted them. Considering small claims court.

        He didnt file my tax return and no action/apologies made from his part. He lied the entire time.
