Andy was recommended to us by a neighbour in Warborough (nr Wallingford), and were extremely glad we chose him to install a new wood-burning Stove. Every step of the process was flawless, from the initial home visit, to installation less than 3 months later (Dec22). Options and the work were clearly explained to us, and we really appreciated the advice re choosing the right Stove for the room. The installation team were fantastic and thoroughly professional. They protected all surfaces and left the property spotlessly clean. They also took time to explain how things worked, and made time for any questions. Likewise, Dianna in the office was fantastic. Communication was fantastic throughout and all queries were quickly dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble! Thoroughly recommend Andy and his team. This is about as good as customer service gets.

Andy came to fit our new wood burner. The whole process has worked very well. From the inital upfront quotation and ordering process, to the day of fitting. He's in popular demand so we waited 4 months for installation. The wait was worth it. Every aspect of the install was perfect and it looks stunning. He did some excellent fireplace brick and chimney work. He's left instructions and an anytime chat if we get stuck. This is a company you can trust, unlike several others who never even bothered to reply.

Andy and the team took care of all aspects of the installation. We thought it would take longer than quoted, we were wrong. Cant fault the service very competitive, no nasty surprises excellent results, very professional and clean workers. Massive improvement to our living room ambiance. Happy customer would highly recommend.
