For the last few years my family & I have been trying our best to care for my grandparents ourselves, however when the situation escalated in April 2021 we knew that we needed more support. My only regret is that we didnt do it sooner. The service that FiNN Homecare continue to provide is second to none; they are a small, family run business who excel on delivering a caring, compassionate, person-centered service. The team are reliable, trustworthy and are overall brilliant at communicating. From the moment that I met Chris & Liz, I knew that my grandparents were in safe hands. I couldnt recommend this care company enough - they are worth their weight in gold.

Ready to go home from hospital after 10 weeks, unaware that NHS's excellent Home Care is very limited, a private Home Care service was required. Finn Home had just started business with highly experienced management and personnel, and after a further 4 weeks in hospital, the Hospital Ward Management agreed that returning home under Finn Home Care was safe and secure. And how thankful we were. Three months of a wonderful live-in carer was followed by thrice weekly one hour visits. The Carers are totally committed, kind, compassionate, thoughtful and considerate. Recovery continues under Finn guidance who have a reporting system that assures both Management and Client are fully aware of health issues, issues and trends. Very professional and very friendly.

Nothing is too much trouble for Chris and his team. Since February 2020 we have had a number of superb live-in carers for my 87 year old wheelchair bound Dad. I have peace of mind, particularly during COVID-19 and lockdown, that the carers do genuinely care about my Dad and his well being.

I Cannot speak too highly about the quality of care provided by FINN Homecare to both my wife and myself during her recent illness. Their empathy and efficiency made all the difference in coming through a very difficult time.
