Agency Express, Francesca, has failed to admit liability where a long screw was used to fix a 'sold' sign to a board they erected at my property. They say we didn't complain about the way the board was fixed. We didn't need to as we thought the board was fixed securely. Again, we're complaining about the screw that was used to fix the sold sign on the board! It wasn't until the board was blown over by a gust of wind that we noticed the screw had scratched down the door of the car which is what we are claiming for. Francesca did not respond to the first email containing the complaint until we had made a few phonecalls to chase it up. When she finally sent a letter, the complaint was not upheld because "we hadn't complained about the way the sale board was fixed". Remember I said we're not complaining about the way it was fixed but the screw that was used to fix the sold sign on the board??? Another email was sent to Francesca, as she said in her letter if she had misinterpreted the complaint we could contact her again. She was given until 23/3/23 to respond but still hasn't. If Francesca reads this, the damage to the paintwork on our car still needs repairing at your company's expense. As you've failed to contact, a complaint about your company and you personally will now be going to your CEO. The customer service is appalling!!
