        Epic customer service and product knowledge from Rob today and the patience of a saint dealing with me shopping for a winter coat and hiking boots, my two kids shopping for walking boots, my hubby shopping for t-shirts/jumpers and our dog along for the ride. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was incredibly personable, genuinely keen to make sure we got what was right for us, he'd thought of every eventuality: what could have been a stressful experience was actually a thoroughly pleasant one, thank you. And thanks to Josh for phoning around the other branches to secure the right colour and size of walking boots for my son, very helpful, thank you. We will be back!

        We visited the store to pickup some walking gear for family members and Rob helped advise us on the items we were interested in, he was extreamly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We were really happy with the customer support and left feeling happy and that we would return to this store in the future due to the great service. Top marks Rob. Thanks for the help.

        Still have a good amount of summer stuff left at reduced prices, well stocked shop, with no hiking stick ferrules.

        My wife and I just had great service and help from Josh at your East bridgford store.. I think we tested him a little with trying on many Boots but he made sure we got the right ones (and many other bits like coats and trousers)... And was happy to stay to the end, well done Josh. Also good to talk to the team as well... Super service. Thank you all
