I purchased the camping shower for use with our dog. You know muddy walks etc. This was in January of this year. Now today Im on holiday in the Lake District (muddy walks etc) and the shower has failed to work due to the pump I believe. Sent an e-mail to Colapz at 16.41, they reply at 15.15 offering a new pump and battery. I reply ok and at 19.40 they send me an email saying sorry and a tracking number for the delivery of two new items, pump and battery!!! Fantastic customer service reminiscent of the old Carlsberg lager adverts, Probably the best customer services in the world

Cannot praise company enough, especially David Fannin who has gone the extra mile to help me get my order delivered. A delay in shipping of goods to the company meant there was a danger I would be on holiday when goods were going to be dispatched. David kept me informed of progress (even e-mails in the evenings) and arranged combining orders for delivery - I was also taking delivery of goods for a friend - and priority dispatch once goods to hand. Both orders arrived safely. Customer service at its very best. Thoroughly recommend them.
