        I have experienced the stretch and relax class today (Tuesday Mornings) with Sam. I found the class, the information and support Sam offers you very beneficial. It was refreshing that we took time to stretch areas in a very gentle but effective way. The relaxing body scan that Sam guided us through, was a wonderful restorative end to the session. Would highly recommended to anyone. x

        Same star yoga studio is one of the most beautiful studios I have been to. During our training yesterday we had sunlight, warm props, views of the horses in the field, amazing acoustics , spotless studio and a truly welcoming atmosphere. If you are a beginner, you will be inspired and if you are looking for somewhere new to go , you will be delighted.
