Excellent service from start to finish. Installation was no hassle, explained everything well including the app and looks like they will provide excellent after sales service to ensure most efficiency from panels and battery. Would thoroughly recommend SCJ.

The whole process has been straightforward. From the initial assessment to the installation we have been well advised, in a timely manner. The work has been completed in a tidy and clean way with consideration for the siting of the battery in our garage.

We've recently had a Solar and Battery Storage system installed at our electric only home in the Wilds of Wannie (rural Northumberland for those not in the know). From initial contact through to install and after, SCJ have been exemplary in their skill and work ethic. It's sad to say that such quality feels rare these days, but all is not lost SCJ as a company embrace a pride in their work. If you need Solar and/or battery I highly recommend speaking to SCJ.

The quotation process comprised of a personal visit with an emphasis on clearly explaining how solar panels worked, an exploration of our needs and a description of the kit we would need. A detailed quotation was emailed to us later the same day. No sales pressure was ever exerted. On acceptance of the quote, an early installation date was offered. Scaffolding was erected 3 days prior to installation and the whole job was completed on the day with a very friendly and professional team of installers and electricians. A director then dropped by to give a very full briefing of the app and to answer any of our questions together with reassurance about post installation support. Communications with the company's office were excellent throughout the process. With several quotes to choose from SCJ's were not the least expensive but we are very glad we chose a local company who exceeded our expectations.
