Terrible experience When I came to collect my boots and the man couldnt find them for 5 minutes, I knew that is not a good sign Finally he found my boots and instead of glue the sole at the toe, the man stretched them!!!! Unprofessional, rude man shouldnt be working at the shoe repair shop.

Knowingly sold me a key unsuitable for front door Chubb. Requested 5 Chubb keys for my front door to give to visitors etc. He cut 4 Chubb keys and then gave me a different key as the fifth as he didnt have any of the other keys left. The fifth key subsequently broke in the lock after 2 uses! Had to pay 160 to get the lock replaced and was told that that key is not suitable for Chubb locks. Returned to ask for 5 copies of the key for the new lock. He wanted to charge me again and claimed that it was normal and that keys break! Having knowingly given me a dodgy key, so disappointing that he didnt make it right. Cant really believe his attitude! So if you want a key that lasts, dont go here!
