They deserve a 0 but sadly thats not possible had the absolute worst experience today. I walk in with my friends and look around the magazine section to see anything interesting and this man that works started yelling at us for no reason saying we arent allowed to read the magazines. As well as that we were told to get out for doing absolutely and nothing and were also told to get lost. ITS A 0 for the disgraceful customer service. SHAME ON YOU

I'm absolutely shocked at the negative reviews cos from the first time I've been here over a year ago, I've always found staff to be friendly, professional, caring and helpful. I've been here in good times, bad times, worst times, desperate times and mellow times. Regardless of my mood, I always find staff have in some ways they didn't even realise have helped me feel better. Due to their friendly banter, I've ended up engaging in convos with other customers and everyone chipping in and having a laugh. In saying that, one of the times this happened there are another customer who stormed off cos they clearly hated the sight of happy staff and happy customers engaging in talks they were either not interested in or just were too sad to see others happy. Either way, this is my go-to post-office despite the bus ride but always worth it. I've been here to carry out various transactions from posting to atm services in store, all flawless and will say massive "thank you" to the staff. Keep up the great job cos you're healing people on your small ways but you don't even know it. Thank you!!!

They deserve 0 * unfortunately not possible to give. The most rude staff ever. I wanted to return my amazon parcel she was so rude barking at me. The QR code wasn't working at first and she was so rude with me. After it finally worked she grabbed parcel from my hands so disgustingly slapped sticker on it and threw it aggressively to bag behind her. I was shocked. So annoying ppl won't be coming back here. Pots Office should reconsider working with this kind of people. They hate to be there and they hate to serve people , so close the shop then. As former convenience store owner I'm really shocked someone behave like this with customers. Such a shame.
