I hired Mr Engineers through Local Heroes to check out a boiler in a property I am about to purchase. The inspection was organised very quickly via the estate agent and I received an emailed report with photographs. I also received a follow up phone call from Amir to check that all was clear. He also made suggestions of questions about the boiler that I might ask via my solicitor. This was just what I needed. I would be happy to use Amir and Mr Engineers again.

I had a very good experience with this company and I will only be using them going forward for our boiler service checks. Amir is very knowledgable and professional as well as being friendly and polite. He came to our house with his partner to move one of our radiators during our renovation and did a brilliant job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had my gas cooker installed by Mr Engineers via recommendation from Powerzone UK. I understand their busy schedule and Amir still secured an appointment for me after few days waiting and gave me an affordable quote and did not hesitate to give the information I needed as I need to submit details to the building management prior to installation. His colleague Shahram did a good job, courteous, professional and even explained to me how to operate my cooker and helped me feel comfortable as I am scared seeing fire as I used electric cooker all the times. They did not charge me for disconnecting my electric cooker (most of the companies will charge you and even tell you there are extra jobs to pay - I know as Ive spoken to about 6-7 companies) I can vouch for Mr Engineers Amir and Shahram - honest, reliable , professional and reasonable price without surprise charges.

Shah was very helpful and polite. He did a brilliant, tidy job; all radiators now working perfectly. Everything was also explained in detail, leaving me feeling knowledgeable and confident about all that had needed doing.
