Felt more like a 20 min sales push. Cost 140. Left very deflated. Was hoping he would fit a leg brace I already had as I was in agony and awaiting knee replacement. But all he did was try and sell me items he had in the shop. For me personally, it was an expensive waste of my time.

I came to see the Orthotist, Robert in December 2020, with regards to continuous pain and tenderness around the arches in my feet. He analysed my feet thoroughly, measuring me up to determine if there were any anomalies. He performed a Biomechanical assessment using CAD and Laser imaging. This technology provided far superior precision and accuracy than the other renowned podiatrists I had seen previously, who performed plaster casts or foam impressions. The impressions accounted for any discrepancy or anomaly, and were specifically tailored to suit my heavily pronated feet which were collapsing inwards After having the orthotics made, I have seen him for regular reviews, where he has made the necessary adjustments to provide my feet with greater support and relieve any pain symptoms. He has done this extremely successfully, always showing great patience and skill. He answered all my questions thoroughly and in a simplistic manner, and analysed me and assessed me thoroughly wearing the orthotics. I recommend Robert, extremely highly for any issues you have with regards to your feet, and if you adhere to his protocol and advice, you will benefit tremendously.
