I can't thank this garage enough!!! Such an amazing service. I broke down on the m25 and the AA towed me here. It was a massive job, but they took it on and we're so helpful keeping in touch with me, organising my AA cover and sourcing parts to keep it in my budget! I am absolutely delighted and thankful for the fact that George was able to have a look at my car at very short notice to ascertain what the rattling disturbance was. I'd had new front brake discs and pads replaced at a garage in Herts and when I rang them, they were apparently unable to check it out for a few days, so thankfully George came to the rescue and speedily deduced that the wheel nuts had not been secured correctly! He also noticed that some mesh had come loose around the exhaust area causing abit of a rattle and that was duely secured. Things like this make a recognisable difference between an ok service and a tip top gold star one. George was concerned for my safety and that is absolutely paramount.
