I took my Volvo XC90 here as I wanted a second opinion on what I had been told by the main dealer regarding my parking brake, and I am so glad I did. The customer service was excellent, from booking over the phone to when I took the car in - the staff were polite and friendly. I had been told by the main dealer that the issue was with a wiring loom and would have cost me over 1k to sort out. However, these guys took time to really investigate the problem (keeping me updated in between) and managed to sort the actual issue, which was a broken wire and worked out much cheaper than what I was quoted by the dealer . I felt like they were honest and open and really just wanted to help sort the problem for me. They also did my MOT for me at the same time which was done in good time and I managed to get my car back the same day. My whole experience here was great and Im glad Ive found a reliable and trustworthy place to take my car. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys!
