Absolutely delighted with the service and products from Tom and Caroline at Spectrum Interiors. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process a pleasure. They provide a very personal service, with Caroline in the shop helping with choice of fabric and giving fantastic advice, to Tom measuring and fitting. Such a lovely couple. I adore the roman blinds in my living room, they really finish off the space beautifully and frame my windows perfectly. The fabric I chose (with Carolines help) is gorgeous and reflects the light in the room. I am now having blinds done in my bedroom and my sons room! I really cannot fault this shop, I would recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much!

Great service. Tom of Spectrum, fitted some curtains and blinds for me a few years ago, and one of the blinds strings recently frayed. He came the same day I called and took the blind away, which needed to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. However he surprised me and brought a replacement blind the next day. I think it was by chance he had similar item in stock, but still that is fantastic aftercare. Thanks Caroline and Tom at Spectrum :)

From our first visit to Spectrum Interiors we were offered a first class service from Tom and Caroline. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was visiting our flat on a few occasions to measure, and then to check how our blinds would be installed, or lending us samples of fabrics and blinds to try out in situ. At no time did we feel pressured to buy, but were encouraged to make sure we were happy before ordering. Tom and Caroline offer a personal service and we are delighted with the quality of our beautiful curtains and blinds. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

I read all the reviews before approaching Spectrum Interiors (including the bad ones) but given that people are much more motivated to write a bad review than a good one, I decided to at least investigate for myself. It was interesting to find out that the owners of the shop (Tom and Caroline) don't even know who the people that gave the bad reviews are, which seems strange given that I would complain to the shop before Google! In any event, I wasn't disappointed. The couple who own and run the shop have clearly been in the business for years and certainly know what they're doing. I had very little idea what exactly I wanted when I went in but the shop itself has an overwhelming selection of fabrics and designs to choose from; I was very thankful that Caroline was there to give me some advice and to make helpful suggestions. In the end, I ordered two sets of curtains and blinds. All of the installations are conducted by Tom himself and, in my case, I just gave him a spare key and he gave me a ring to organize when he would fit everything. All in all, he fitted the two sets of blinds and curtains that I ordered over the course of two weeks as they were delivered and I can't fault him on his workmanship or communication. Overall, Caroline and Tom were upfront and honest in all the dealings I had with them. It is unfortunately rare these days to have a business do what they say they will and deliver on time but I can't fault Spectrum on either of these points.

I have used this shop several times over the years. I like to support the small shop because if we don't they will disappear. Tom and Caroline are most charming people, they cannot do enough to please and their after sales service even 10 years after purchasing the product cannot be faulted. Please disregard any negative reviews they are simply not true.
