Had the pleasure of working with Roger when I went through this agency. Having come from the US as a student, I was very worried about finding accommodations and working with an Agency that would assist me with the process as it is a lot different here than back home. No matter the issue, Roger was always prompt and amazing to talk to, and kept me in the loop when it came to questions and concerns and how the process went. He spoke to me in great detail about what to expect, handled international payment and did not fuss once when there were hiccups. I would recommend this agency to everyone, some of the most friendly, hard-working people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. When Roger was out, everyone I spoke to was very quick to pass information on. 10/10 agency!

Terrible building management service, always condescending when we phone, and dont show any care or sympathy. Left residents without update on broken lift, for weeks on. Say theyll call back but dont. Dont follow through ever, always have to chase up multiple times.

My sister and I used Chas Lowe to buy our first flat and we cannot recommend them enough. James went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. He was extremely resourceful when potential issues arose and sorted them quickly. James and the team were very responsive and had excellent communication throughout. We can't recommend James and Chas Lowe enough, they were professional throughout our purchase and their experience really showed.

I simply can't recommend James and the team enough. They are the people to go to. We have just sold our family home after many years of living in Barnet and James and the team were attentive, thoughtful, polite and kind. We had a professional highly skilled team on our side and it made all the difference. Just a brilliant level of service and worth every penny.

Avoid at all costs! No ethics or morals. Our home which is right next to the office got struck by lightning over six weeks ago. After initially being told it would be done in a week, turns out will take at least nine months! After their insurers messed us around telling us they will reimburse us... have not honoured that at all. With young children, we are still staying in budget hotels as there have been no alternative solutions offered. There were eight families affected whom we have made a group with, who all agree that Chas Lowe has been terrible with communication and zero transparency. They advised us we lie about the number of tenants we are so we could get a property sooner. Anyway, turns out the builders did a cowboy job of the roof initially. So.... no help from them whatsoever. Before they claim not to know... this is tenant from 24A
