The first time I used Lancaster garage and it was a really positive experience. Tony and Raj are really helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced - you feel looked after by these two and its a family run business which gives such a personalised service. What a breath of fresh air ! Both Tony and Raj go above and beyond. Extremely reliable and I will definitely use this garage again. Thank you Tony for all the advice. PS it passed the MOT

We used Lancaster garage recently for a number of things regarding our vehicle. Some of the best customer service i have experienced in an industry where it is not usually associated. Very knowledgeable staff who gave me clear information of what was required for our car and following this the work carried out to a very high standard. Lancaster Garage is a family owned independent garage who genuinely wants to look after its customers hoping they will return, I certainly will!-Excellent service from start to finish- couldnt recommend enough.
