I only went to a few fitness classes before I moved away, but I really wanted to write a review to say that this place was the best for fitness classes in North London, it was challenging but supportive and friendly, all of the trainers were super friendly and I can only hope to find somewhere half as good in Cambridgeshire!

Ive been training at BCA for a little over a year now and I can honestly say that I look forward to every training session I attend at the gym. Head coach, Shabba and his team have managed to create an atmosphere that is no-nonsense and takes training seriously, while also being fun and keeping good vibes. The teaching level at this gym is exceptional. All the coaches are genuinely excellent, highly skilled and a pleasure to train with but a special mention has to go out to superb head coach, Shabba! Who is, without a doubt, the beating heart of this fantastic gym. Highly recommended!!

Could not have been more unfriendly and unwelcoming which was really disappointing considering the smart website and Google Rating. Looking closer, reviews are obviously fake - classic 1 review per user. Shabby run-down club with moody Brazilian jujitsu instructor. Got the vibe that he would have been more welcoming if I was a man. Disappointing to be made to feel this way at a martial arts club as a female in 2023. MuayThai class looked like it was more popular but I would check and ask for proof of the DBSs in place for instructors if youre sending your kids here. Any business that needs to ask their instructors or friends or family to write 5* reviews is not a trustworthy one and the treatment was almost worse because I was expecting the opposite due to the reviews and website

Definitely a must if you wanna learn Thai Boxing, from beginner to advanced level, the coaches will guide you through your journey.
