        I have been a bimonthly subscriber to Mintd for the past 18 months. Ive genuinely found the team to be great at communication, they always answer the phone and the one slippage is that it can take a day or so to receive an email response. Ive really enjoyed the boxes themselves with a great range of products and brands I might not otherwise have considered. Im really in to skin care and care about the brand that I use.

        Terrible customer services takes weeks to get a Response to emails and you can never get through via the contact number.

        I ordered the December box as a Christmas gift for my wife. Despite receiving confirmation of despatch on 18th December 2020, I still have not, as of 6th January 2021 received it. I have sent several emails, and have tried to call several times, but all without success. I have received no response to any emails, and the calls go unanswered. Needless to say they have of course taken payment. I'm not impressed, and wont use them again.

        This is definitely my favorite subscription box! Excellent customer care support, they are always responsive, helpful and kind! The products in the boxes are high end, I am sure that any skincare lover would adore this box!
