HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING experience! AVOID at all costs! I had 8 lessons left after passing my test. I asked for a refund straight after. SAM KHALIQ my instructor advised me not to get a refund as I could do motorway lessons. He advised me to contact him any time to arrange these. He did not honour these, they are dishonest and wanted to keep the money. No refund was given by the company either. DO NOT TRUST this company.

Great instructor - Always had a laugh and enjoyed each lesson! Felt very safe on my first few lessons and passed first time after 3/4 months! Thanks Michael :)

So I paid 295 for the 3 Day "Weekender" Driving Course. I was supposed to have had a 1.5 hour assesment lesson initially just to observe my current driving skill level, however the instructor did not turn up at all. He sent me a text 45 minuites just before lesson start time to inform me and didnt even apologise or organize another instructor to assist me. I attempted to call him on several occasions that morning to which he ignored my calls, so I asked what my options were by text and again was ignored. As such, I had no choice but to contact the company to ask for another instructor, and when I did call the woman who answered was extremely short and rude to me for some reason. I received another call later on that evening from a woman called Sarah Butler (who I must say was the only helpful and pleasant person I spoke to from the company), she organised another instructor for myself and apologised for the inconvenience caused. When the day for my next lesson with the new instructor came, this guy was about 20 minuites late, and again offered no reason for his poor punctuality. In fact he was late to every lesson I had with him. He would encourage me to speed uo on roads when there were sign clearly saying slow down and when I woild speed up he would then immediatly say slow down. On top of this, on at least two occasions, he would encourage me to join a major road from a minor, even when I could clearly see cars approaching from the right and explained this to him, and as soon as I would join the road and almost crash based on his instruction, it was somehow my fault. Now I never complain whenever I receive bad service or a faulty product, however I will NEVER use this company again and felt I had to give them a full and honest review of my experience. Anyway safe to say I failed my test (Which I take full responsibilty for), but again please view other reviews as my experience with the company may be an anomoly.
