David has a great range of products in his shop. We have used him a few times and he is always helpful and friendly and offered advice to my mum in her purchase(s) . Shop local is our advice. Thankyou. The car park next door makes access easy for less mobile people as well. A bonus!

Personally I wouldn't recommend the Mobility Company. I have been waiting over a month for the man to come out. I telephoned David on 14th Feb and he said I be out on Monday at 9.30am he never arrived. He has said that a few times and also hasn't returned my recent phone calls and messages. My Insurance company arranged this for me,But I'm going to call around a few other places as David has said I will definitely be there and we are now in the end of March and he hasn't even bothered to contact me. I think I might take my complaint further and I'm going to advise my Insurance company not to Recommend this Company. If they don't want the work then they should not agree with customer dates and times that's twice now he said he will be to me and hasn't turned up. I have witnesses aswell that heard the calls and my calls are recorded aswell. I'm going to find out what government ombudsman that deals with the mobility traders and put a complaint in. I would advise people not to use him and don't listen to what he says as he is clearly a liar and wastes people's time and phone call costs aswell. Inconvenience this has cost me is beyond a joke now. You should treat Disabled People Better than this.
