        Ordered Hot chocolate with a cream but received hot chocolate with no cream as they couldnt make the cream pot work. No refund for that either. I dont like the way they work and handle things in this branch. They could simply offer me something else/refund or just apologise.

        Bald Chap was lovely. I've seen a review about him being rude to children - which isn't true. He asked some kids to not open crisps before paying. Lovely customer service, an even better latte considering both the men were rushed off feet. Recommend!

        Awful place. I would give 0 stars if i could. The guy behind the counter who was making the coffees has 0 manners and is terrible with kids. I really couldn't believe the service. I left without buying anything.
