We would highly recommend Steven. We hired him after getting a recommendation from a friend and a few other friends have also used him since. He was very easy to work with, gave us great ideas and was timely in his updates too. We worked with him and Leyla who helped project manage with agreeing on party wall agreements, planning permission, building control etc.

Steven and Leyla drew up my plans for my complex loft extension. They liaised swiftly and effectively with the council planning department and provided me with clear direction and guidence on what I needed to do throughout the process. Emails were answered within minutes and I could not have asked for better support. I am sure the service provided saved me hours of work and made the experience considerably more relaxing. I whole heartedly recommend them and will use them for all future renovation work on my property.
