I was experiencing excruciating shoulder pain which was barely relieved with painkillers and I found driving, sleeping and just sitting really challenging. I was off Crossfit for nearly 2 weeks. Aly identified my injury and worked amazing wonders. I'm not exaggerating when I say that following my treatment, I no longer needed painkillers. I'm back training (slowly) and feel much happier. Her knowledge, care and expertise are healing magic!!

10/10 Amazing, i cant recommend Alison enough. I have had chronic back pain for over 20 years and seen specialists all over the country and have tried every treatment going. Alison is the only person i have consistently been back too. She takes time to understand the exact areas of pain and is genuinely interested and excited about making it better. The treatment room is warm, clean, relaxing and she even remembers to put on your favorite music before you get there for total relaxation, after the treatment she even follows up with a message to see how you feel. 5 Star all the way :)

Not long visited Alyson for my third treatment. Always takes the due care and diligence to find out exactly how your body moves and feels before deciding the best course of action. I often complain of many areas of tightness due to training and Alyson not only carries out brilliant treatment drawing on a range of skills and expertise, but provides quality after care suggestions in how to improve and maintain a good range of motion and feeling in said joints and muscles. On top of that, a relaxing and comfortable environment in which the clients needs are met 100%. I am already booked in for a fourth treatment. Top quality, professional experience all round.
